Allos partners with people seeking to "live life after." It may be life after addiction; it may be life after homelessness; it may be life after trauma. And in this journey, as people experience a wide variety of needs and challenges, Allos provides a wide variety of opportunities.
We believe that each of us has been uniquely made with a purpose,
we take the time to help people figure out what that purpose is.
We will live together and work together with those who need a fresh start.

The first opportunity that Allos provides is a home - a safe space for people to call their own as they begin their journey of healing.
But healing is hard. And trying to heal all by oneself is even harder. That's why, in addition to the essential needs such as shelter, warmth, and security, these homes also provide community.
Many people seeking to "live life after" have very few connections and resources, much less a healthy community on whom they can depend. The Allos homes seek to change that by developing healthy, intentional community among the residents. The result is men, women, and families who know one another's struggles, support one another's goals, and hold one another accountable on the journey of healing.
We provide two types of Opportunity Homes:
The second opportunity that Allos provides is a workplace - a job in which people can develop into the kind of employees that any business would be lucky to have.
Allos' unique partnership with Red's Savoy Pizza and Full Spectrum Cleaning allows the individuals to work in environments that provide the third, fourth, and fifth chances they might need due to disabilities, disadvantages, or other obstacles in their lives. Because we own and operate many of these partner establishments, our leadership team in the businesses is committed to discovering the strengths and challenges of an individual, then working with them to develop the confidence, attitudes, and skills of a top-notch employee.
Being full of leaders and fellow employees who "get it," these workplaces are an ideal first step back into the workforce.
